Cutting & Blanking下料切割

Forming & Rolling折弯滚弯
CNC press brakes to 4 m, plus 3-roll and 4-roll benders for radii from 300 mm.4 米数控折弯机，配三辊、四辊卷板机，最小半径 300 mm。
Welding & Grinding焊接打磨
TIG and MIG on aluminium with argon backing; welds ground flush for seamless corners.氩弧焊与氩气保护的熔化极焊接，焊缝打磨齐平实现无缝转角。
Pretreatment & Coating前处理与喷涂
Dedicated pretreatment line and PVDF spray booth with batch-controlled colour.独立前处理线与氟碳喷涂房，按批次控制颜色一致性。
Inspection & Trial Assembly检验与预拼装
100% dimensional check pre-coating; trial assembly for curved and complex packages.喷涂前 100% 尺寸检验；弧形及复杂板型项目进行预拼装。
Export Packing出口包装
PE film, corner guards, plywood crates with packing list mapped to drawing IDs.PE 保护膜、护角、胶合板木箱，装箱单编号与图纸一一对应。

Incoming material原材进厂
Mill certificate matched to heat number; thickness and coating base verified.核对质保书与炉批号，复检厚度与基材涂层。
After fabrication钣金完成
Every panel measured against shop drawing; flatness, diagonals, hole positions.每块板按加工图量测：平整度、对角线、孔位。
After coating喷涂完成
Film thickness gauge and colour difference recorded; adhesion spot-checked.记录膜厚与色差数据，抽检附着力。
Before loading装柜之前
