Standard flat panels: 18–22 days after shop drawing approval. Perforated and laser-cut: 22–25 days. Single-curved: 20–25 days. Double-curved: 30–40 days including mould making. Add 5–7 days for samples. Elevations with dimensions, panel schedule if available, thickness and finish preference, and estimated quantity. DWG, PDF, STEP or even a clear photo of a hand sketch is workable for a budget quote. The whole project is planned as one coating batch. When volume exceeds batch capacity, we split by building elevation rather than by shipment, so any unavoidable difference falls on a visible break line rather than mid-wall. PE protective film on visible faces, foam spacers between panels, corner protectors, then strapped into fumigated plywood crates. Crates are numbered and mapped to the packing list.
