The alloy decides whether a panel stands up. The finish decides how long it looks like doing it. Choose by climate, budget and warranty requirement — not by swatch alone. 合金决定板能不能立得住，涂层决定它能好看多久。应依据气候、预算与质保要求来选择 — 而不只是看色卡。

Service life figures assume normal urban or coastal exposure per ISO 12944 category C3–C4. Severe industrial or marine environments require a project-specific coating specification — ask us for it. 耐候年限按 ISO 12944 的 C3–C4 等级、常规城市或沿海环境估算。强工业腐蚀或海上环境需另行制定专项涂层方案 — 请与我们联系。
The Batch Problem, Solved on the Line批次色差问题，在产线上解决
Colour drift between shipments is the single most cited complaint in imported facade packages. Our control starts before spraying begins: we plan the whole project as one batch sequence, and where the volume exceeds one batch, we split by elevation rather than by shipment date.批次之间的颜色漂移，是进口幕墙包里被抱怨最多的问题。我们的控制从喷涂前就开始了：整个项目按一个批次序列统筹安排；当用量超过单批次产能时，按立面划分批次，而不是按发货时间。
- Colour matched to RAL, Pantone or your physical sample可按 RAL、Pantone 或实物样品调色
- Spectrophotometer check, ΔE ≤ 1.5 within a batch, recorded in the QC report分光测色仪检测，同批次 ΔE ≤ 1.5，结果记入质检报告

Pretreatment matters more than paint前处理比油漆更重要
Every panel passes a chrome-free conversion pretreatment and deionised water rinse before coating. It is invisible in the finished product and it is exactly what stops coating from lifting in year seven.每块板在喷涂前都经过无铬转化处理与纯水洗。成品上看不见这道工序，但它正是防止第七年涂层开始起皮的关键。
